Here's Orchi's Novice's opinion.The Rolex All RED 24hr GMT hand is genuine..

Err...they do exist from the time that Rolex
stopped producing the Small 24hr GMT Hand for
early 1675 GMT SquareGuards with Gilt Dial..

It is believed to have been a standard feature of 1675 GMT watches...
from 1966 or so...until 1972 or so at certain Rolex markets at the time...
possibly on 1675 GMT Master with MK.1 n MK.2 Dial variants...as well.

It is also possible that the 1675 GMT Master with MK.3 "Radial Mini" Dial
could have had this feature of the 24hr All Red GMT hand...

Nonetheless...the above is just an opinion from Orchi's novice observation n own finding...
the opinions of the others may differ...

Best regards
Orchi.

Orchi believes there're only 2 WG Gloss Dial variants Rolex Ref 16760 GMT II a.k.a "Fat Lady"..

Err Buddies...in here Orchi wishes to highlight
the super sexy...
Ref 16760 GMT Master II...a.k.a. the "Fat Lady"...
originally coined by a Germany collector n fellow VRF member...

It is the most practical GMT Master watches ever made by Rolex...
in a relatively short period of time between 1983 until 1988.
in Orchi's own novice opinion...

The 1st Generation GMT Master II - Ref 16760 GMT II...
has a NO "DATE" plot after "OYSTER PERPETUAL"...
on its WG Glossy Dial variant...
with Case series of about 8.4 million series...
which is believed to have been produced very briefly in 1984 or so only...

The latter variant of Ref 16760 GMT Master II WG Gloss Dial...
featured a "DATE" plot behind "OYSTER PERPETUAL" ie "OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE"...
on a separate Glossy Dial variant...
which is more commonly found from 1984 or 1985...
until 1988 "R" Series cases or so...

Best regards
Orchi.
