When is a Rolex useless?

Err...Orchi was once asked of this question...n it got Orchi wondering when would all of Orchi's Rolexes be useless...

Orchi's previous best guess would be when the Rolex or any brand of watches for that matter...are NOT needed to tell time reliably...accurately...n conveniently in style to say the least.

Then Orchi wonders again...in what other circumstances...would a Rolex...or any watch for that matter...be possibly useless.

Perhaps that could only be when Orchi is back at home...or when Orchi has fallen asleep...hahaahaaaaaa!

n come to think of it...even an old vintage genuine Rolex might still be worth more than the price of gold...on weight per weight basis.

Last but not least...worldwide pawn shops would easily accept a genuine Rolex to be used as collateral...as compared with any other brand of watches.

Here's the much sought after 50 year old but still highly reliable Kienzle(Germany made) wall clock that Orchi keeps at home along with a Hemle(Germany)...n Smiths Enfield(England) mantle clocks(equally as old)...that could outperform any watches under the same circumstances...n most probably be the only timekeeping device to render Orchi's Rolexes...useless.

The Kienzle wall clock n the other mantle clocks would each chime dependably on every 15th minutes of the hour...n every hours of the day or night...with beautiful n distinct melody...within Orchi's home.
